Pyrotech Electronic is well known manufacturer of lighting driver, cctv camera, Fire alarm Systems, and many other industrial equipment thus, being an Service Engineer we have to do Installation and Setup, Maintenance and Repair, Diagnostics and Troubleshooting, Customer Support, Documentation and Reporting, Training and Guidance, Quality Assurance, Field Visits and Travel.

Since Exide industries Ltd is a manufacturer of Lead Acid batteries so as an Service Engineer we have these job responsibilities:
1. Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and test machinery or technical systems to ensure they work correctly upon deployment.
2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems on-site or remotely.
3. Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues, analyze symptoms, and determine the root cause of technical problems.
4. Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them understand system operations, safety protocols, and maintenance needs.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of all service work, including inspections, maintenance logs, repairs, and any parts or replacements used.
6. Training and Guidance: Educate and train customers or end-users on proper equipment use and provide instructions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
7. Quality Assurance: Test and verify repairs to ensure equipment functions as expected and meets quality standards.
8. Field Visits and Travel: Often visit client sites to perform on-site installations, inspections, or repairs, which may require travel depending on the service area.
