• Build Software Quality Assurance strategy.
• Build Quality Assurance team for e-services department.
• Design the Quality control plan for e-services department.
• Supervise software testing and inspection tasks.
• Manage all projects under QA phase.
• Prepare and provide strategic report and dashboards for QA job and software quality.
• Design the performance measurement plan for QA & Development team and write the key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage test environment including systems, applications and services in collaboration with infrastructure team.
• Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
• Design and develop quality control training programs.
• Apply quality control tools and bug tracking systems, and provide test report to development sections.
•Establishing documentation templates that are going to be used for applications’ development.
•Assembling business analysis team, then assign the suitable tasks accordingly.
•Reviewing BA documentation for consistency and accuracy.
•Overseeing all Business Analyst activities on a project.
•Ensuring if there is adequate staffing to complete the required analysis work.
•Managing the on boarding/roll-off activities for Business Analyst resources who join or leave the team.
•Participating in status meetings and other leadership activities for the project.
•Understanding the scope of work and the requirement needs for each project or change request.

• Plan and lead Medium-Large Size Projects within BI domain.
• Plan and work as team member to implement & develop BI Strategies and processes.
• Share customer and competitor information with related stakeholders to enrich business capabilities.
• Develop and design competitor insight projects which built to describe & represent business behaviors.
• Serving business departments through providing powerful reports and studies.
• Oversee and follow up all business intelligence activities and tasks.
• Design and prepare daily & weekly social media analytics, alerts and reports. And share them with the related stakeholders.
• Prepare benchmark analytics for telecom products and services.
• Design and develop BI & competitor insight tools which assist to manage
