Senior Analyst - Banks Account Management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluates Clients Credit Data, information, and credit bureau in order to determine the degree of risk associated with the account and facilitate the decision-making process based on credit worthiness.
• Ensure that the credit documentation is complete for the purpose of facilitating the application process and ensures approvals on the same are obtained from delegated authority.
• Manages the exception level efficiently and within the specified standards and timelines. Perform first level prescreening checks for Business banking products.
• Runs valuation process in line with procedure and with business request
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in prescreening work to ensure borrower details and history is accurately captured for next level of credit analysis
• Ensuring classification of accounts and ratings are appropriate and recognize the client's risks profile.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure timely settlement of Suppliers Invoices and Expenses.
• Prepare payable ageing analysis report based on the information maintained in database and identifies causes for delay in payments
• Prepare and verify information provided to create credit and debit notes, invoices and journal vouchers
• Manage and verifies accuracy of dividends received from Investee Company, records the document in the Journal Voucher and files documents for future reference.
• Facilitate bank deposits, posts credit memos and updates customer accounts
• Manage accounts receivable/payable.
