Directed HR services for 2K+ staff including strategic learning and development, talent acquisition, management selection, budgeting, communication, program analysis, and reporting. Developed and managed Department budget and strategic plans while managing the HRMS. Managed facility operations and procurement processes, including vendor bids and Request for Proposal (RFP) competitions. The role demanded skill in regulatory compliance as well as relationship building skills to communicate effectively with government ministries, regulatory agencies, and departments. Administered General Organisation for Social Insurance (GOSI) and health insurance programs.
• Facilitated Schindler's entry into Saudi Arabian market by orchestrating acquisition and integration of Saudi elevator company into Swiss conglomerate. This included performing all legal and business processes to form a 10% partnership with the Al Olayan group, one of the largest family owners in the Middle East, and subsequently implemented Schindler Group's Swiss standard into the acquisition.
• Implemented SAP system while integrating Saudi company into Schindler's global organization.
• Achieved global business and leadership development experience through assignments in international locations, such as Switzerland, Singapore, and Dubai, as first Saudi to enter Schindler Career Development Program Previous Experience
