• Evaluates existing applications to determine technical changes, schedules projects, resources, and monitors project timelines.

• Coordinating with & monitoring IT projects implementers.
• Lead and participate in all phases of application development lifecycle.
• Provide maintenance and support to all applications assigned.
• Maintain good technical knowledge to provide direction to the development process.
• Manage requirements for reports development and create progressive environment.
• Write technical RFP, review proposals and Conduct contracting for IT projects.
• Lead & Control GIS/ERP/.Net/e-Servises application projects and upgrades & Support plans

• Ensuring All RCJ RFPs are matching with PMO Policies & standers
• Implement and consolidate best practices and process within RCJ
• Provide templates, tools and software to manage project efforts
• Managing and facilitating the portfolio management process
• Being a Source of guidance and advice for project managers
• Gathering of project data and production of information for management review
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Team to improve all IT Operations as per ITIL standards.
• Build & Categorize IT Service Catalog and services Actions processes from scratch.
• Build SLA & OLA for all related services.
• Leading continues improvement project and establish reporting Systems & monitoring and mentoring reports.
• Build strong IT business and procedures for providing the services through adoption IT Enterprise Architecture (EA).
• Ensure efficient and effective integration between assigned process areas and other related ITSM process areas (e.g. Knowledge, Change, Configuration Management, etc.)
• Leading Large project to implementing ITIL services for 27 Standard ITIL processes & services availability.
• Lead an important project to development ITSM solution to realize ITIL at RCJ.
• Set the direction for ongoing maturation of ITSM tool to ensure maximum effectiveness with respect to process execution and reporting capabilities.
• Audit the process periodically to ensure compliance to policy and standards
• Leading Service Support & Operations Staff at RCJ.
