 Assure the Quality Standards as per project technical Specifications.
 To Prepare Construction Quality Procedure and Method of Statements
 To understand the specifications and Engineering Reference Documents (ERD's) and to Implement at the work site for achieving a Good Quality Work.
 Verify all the Checklists Before and After construction works. Responsible for Material Management (Tagging, easily traceable, proper Arrangements)
 Preparation and Submittal for RMI and RFI. Review and Inspection of all Construction Material, prior to construction works
 Daily monitoring the Project Activities. Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality Control related Civil works in accordance with project specifications and Transmission Engineering Standards.
 Reporting weekly Progress report to QA/QC Manager. Issue NCR for any type of NON- CONFIRMITIES Observed.
 Attending monthly meetings with Project Team and improve all Quality Standards. Verify all required inspection report and test records are systematically generated and compiled according to the approved QC Procedures. Provide sufficient feedback to QA/QC Manager on the day to day quality issues

• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specification of all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Making reports on different activity at site related issues.
• Daily Progress meeting and management of all site personnel.
• Daily Photos Compare and Checked with the Progress Report.
• Coordinate with the other departments to work out the exact quantities of material required.
• Any non-conformity to the project schedule is to be escalated to the client and if needed to the higher management.
• Estimating resources and analyzing costs to achieve maximum savings while maintaining quality of work, reworks should be avoided.

• Zaraj Housing Society (Budget Plan, Technical Designs, Supervision)
• Execution and monitoring of site activities and progress as per planned schedule and generating reports.
• Identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them.
• Ensuring implementation of HSE regulations in coordination with Site HSE Officer.
• Determining and comprehending the Scope of work in the contract.

• Prepare purchase plans including cost analysis, request for quotations, analyze current market data, comparison of various rates, and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth/ timely procurement process.
• To carry out the survey for the availability of the required material with the local and foreign sources and to assess their capability to meet the requirement within the specified time.
• Coordinate with the other departments to work out the exact type/quantities of material required to ensure smooth and timely procurement process.
• Managing all the payment process for all the vendors.

• Establishing and cultivating points-of-contact with contractors/suppliers to expedite repairs of work done.
• Monitoring daily activities of the site such as to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements & approved shop drawings & reports to management.
• Verify that quality assurance procedures, schedules of inspection & testing are being implemented.
• Enforce safety rules to ensure maximum protection to health & safety..
• Ensure that project procurement is done on schedule.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the lower costs, best quality, favorable payment terms, and best delivery time.
