Key Projects handled
Followings are the List of Key projects which are handled during my carrier that includes all the ranges of MITSUBISHI Elevators, Escalators, and travators etc.
Responsible for complete installation & handing over activities of all projects as per the estimated cost, time frame, technical specifications & drawings.
Manage & oversee the entire project work ranging from Project Planning, Scheduling, Manpower Arrangement, Material Procurement, Store Arrangement, Installation, Commissioning & Documentation.
Co-ordinate with sales dept. about new orders, meeting with clients & making them aware of basic requirements of lift installation, schedule of installation, planning of man power available to ensure timely installation as per quality standards.
Study and prepare Technical specification based on the contract document and technical specification.
Study and implement EN81 (Elevator) & EN115 (Escalator), ANSI, NEMA, JIS standards as per the project specification.
Co-ordinate with Marketing Department, Production Dept, Dispatch Dept and also with clients, before starting the erection.
Monitor the work progress of site erection team on day-to-day basis and guide them for proper erection within scheduled time period.
Carry out periodical inspection at the erection site & check the progress of work, QC & safety measures.
Submit proper authenticated documents / reports to Management for releasing payments (Contractors Bills).
Submit Weekly report regarding Erection & Site Progress to the Management after approval. (i.e. Report of Erection status, QC and Production etc.)
Implement ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements in all project and site related activities
Act as an interface between Client & Head Office for technical & other supports.
Implement cost reduction & cost control measures.
Develop new methods of installation and probing possibilities of productivity improvement on continuous basis.
