Experienced in working on the requirements of Dermatologist/ Gastroenterologists/ Gynecologists/ Obstetrician Internal Medicine Specialist / Radiologist/ Urologist/ Anesthesiologist/ Internists/ Nephrologist/ Pediatric Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist/ Speech & Audio Therapist/ Radiographer/ Sonographer/ Medical Coder / Registered Nurse etc. always insured to close the requirement within SLA.

OUTSOURCING DIVISION
Outsourcing is a main Division of Our Company, Being a sole recruiter of this division; I am responsible for Client Interaction, Recruitment, Documentation, Salary Negotiation, feedback collection, Visa Processing, Onboarding & Employee Relation.
Reporting to Director HR
Responsible for end to end Recruitment - Sourcing, Identifying, Interviewing, evaluating, pre-screening and onboarding candidates.
Understand & Evaluate the JD for each position, keeps regular interaction with clients until candidate joins organization
Have been recruiting candidates for different Industries & skills set - B2B/ B2C Sales Executives/ Van Sales executives/ Telesales/ Digital Marketing Head/ Business Development Manager/ Assistant Business Development Manager/ Logistics Executive/ Sales promoters/ Call Center agents/ Quantity Surveyor/ Accountant/Area Sales Manager/ Etc.
Evaluate and interviewing candidates based on the competencies and skills required for the job. Do regular follow up with clients for feedback
Good knowledge of UAE labor law, Visa processing, Contract Typing, Cancelation, Termination of the Employment.
Responsible for the Onboarding of Outsourcing Employees, Ensured Induction activities carried out smoothly & effectively. Provide all required details to candidate before joining.
Drafting & Issuing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Salary Increment letter, confirmation letter & Warning letter.
Explain company Policies and procedures as and when required. Answer employee’s queries and doubts pertaining to their work or their employment contract.
Responsible to place effective job adverts in leading portals such as Naukri Gulf, Gulf Careers, Indeed.ae.com, Dubbizle, classonet.com, 1 Dubai Jobs.com etc. for identifying candidates. Use Key words as well to search in the portals.

GENERAL RECRUITMENT DIVISION
Managing Staff requirements of General Recruitment division along with other two recruiters. Major responsibility includes Sourcing, Scheduling, and Feedback collection. Ensure candidate joins Organization as per agreed timeline. Placed candidates for Industries Like - Healthcare & Hospitality, IT & Telecom, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Logistics & Supply chain, Sales & Marketing, Construction & Land Scape field etc.
