Brief: Preparing quotations, Submittals, and all other documents regarding
Project work, coordinating with internal and external customers ensuring a
smooth completion of operations
• Analyze and understand the specific project requirements to prepare
paint systems and quotation
• Prepare Technical Submittals and Prequalification for the consultant
approval
• Book sample orders and arrange delivery to customers
• Follow up with customers to secure orders
• Coordinating with customer service for order booking and delivery
planning
• Preparing monthly project report for planning and analysis
• Coordinating with the Technical Department to provide required
technical support for the customers
• Handle complaints from customers and give after-sales support when
required

• Placing Orders with international and local suppliers and handling all necessary documents.
• Prepare reports and plans and submit to the management.
• Preparation of Quotations
• Negotiating with Shipping Lines / Freight Forwarders for freight rates From the Far East & Europe and coordinating imports.
• Coordinating with International Suppliers and customers for the smooth execution of jobs
• Handle business correspondence on behalf of the company both local& overseas.
• Keep the top management fully informed of all correspondences/issues and highlight immediately any unusual matters of significance.
• Interact with corporate personnel at all levels.

Handled Main Switchboards, Motor Control Centres, Power Control Centres,
APFC Control Panels, Fire Fighting Panels, DG AMF panels
• Thorough study of consultant specifications, BOQ and Drawing for
cost estimation and deliver quotations before the deadline date.
• Attending project meetings with Client/Contractor for analysing and
understanding their requirements
• Maintaining a good relationship with the client, consultant and
contractor throughout various stages of the project.
• Coordinating with the production department for panel board
inspections at various stages in the process of completion of a
project.
• Coordinating with the procurement department to be updated about the
latest prices and introduction of new accessories.
• Coordinating with accounts department for collection of payments.
• Preparing and updating MIS report for regular management
meetings.
