• To stay updated with the changes in the Central Bank's regulations, Bank's Credit policy and any other material information which is essential and required for the due diligence of Credit proposals of Corporate Customer.
• To ascertain that the Credit facilities being proposed are in line with the purpose/capital requirement of the Corporate Customers.
• Analyzing Financial Statements to determine default risk/repayment capacity of the new/existing borrowers from Corporate segments
• To liaise with Corporate desk for Limit structuring/Security/Collateral to be tagged with the assigned facilities and pricing of the loan.
• Preparing review sheets along with required working on excel sheets wherever required to substantiate my assessment and point of view on a particular credit proposals
• Presenting the cases to Central Credit Committee members for approval/deferral or rejection.
• Reviewing MIS to monitor the quality of assets in our Corporate Portfolio and initiate proactive resolution in case of distressed loan or overdue.
• Preparing Notes for Consideration/Presentations for the Board of Directors of the Bank to enlighten them about fresh/enhancement/one-off disbursements made in a particular quarter.
Batch XXVI) To go through an extensive class room/ job training program and successfully complete and clear all the exams/assignments pertaining to modules like Cash, Clearing, Operations, Remittances, Trade Finance & Credits/Advances
Preparing Credit proposals for Customers and forwarding it to respective Credit Committees for approval. To ensure that all the security and facility documents are in line with the approved terms and manage the quality of risk assets along with follow up for settlement of past dues, temporary accommodations and mantainence of MIS to monitor pricing resets and deferrals
To actively buy and sell stocks on behalf of the assigned clients by capitalizing on Research output, Market Intelligence, and to evaluate and understand the investment need of each client and advising them accordingly
Maintaining & updating Secondary sales & Departmental Sales of all the branches of KFC & Indulge located in the South Region on SCM system. Cash Management and preparing Bank In statements, Payment Vouchers, Journal voucher, Weekly reports highlighting the growth and decline in sales of KFC, Indulge, My Super Store
