• Responsible for managing team of more than 50 qualified Wealth Managers.
• Train & motivate them to achieve Insurance & Investment sales from responsible team of
Relationship Managers for Continental.
• Assisting Relationship Managers for HNI & UHNI client meetings & advising suitable Investment & Protection solution to respective clients considering their suitability following compliance guideline.
• In charge daily activities like Investment research, Wealth Manager training, address team meetings & knowledge sharing sessions, organizing & addressing group client meets to boost sales, creating presentations & hosting product launch for sales team as well as for clients,
• Creating marketing Strategies & design incentive programs to maximize sales.
• Creating contests & implementing sales strategies for responsible sales channel.
• Responsible for growing the sales channel & meet organization target.
Responsibilities:
> Business set up, complying with authorities & norms,
> Market research & report making,
> Business Tie Up with various Banks, AMC & Insurance Companies,
> Manage Sales, Client acquisition,
> Making Business plan, Finance planning,
> Customer Service Management & installation of Various Business Processes,
> Organizing various Marketing campaign both offline as well as online like social media marketing, Blogging,
> Website & software system management, Organizing group Seminars for clients & addressing them with presentation & converting leads to actual business,
> Creating strategies for product launching & Active marketing.
Responsibilities:
> Managing a portion of IFA channel for Kolkata Cluster, Howrah, Hooghly. Monitoring the activities of the 300 Individual Financial Advisors comprising of highly educated people like C.A, CFP & CFA’s as well.
> To recruit, retain, train & motivate the best of the talent available in the Industry.
> Responsible for acquiring new potential IFA’s.
> Assist IFA's in Sales meeting to Corporate & HNI Clients with the keeping thorough knowledge about the products and ever changing market as well.
> Daily updating and organizing training programs for the team.
> Responsible for generating revenues & achievement of overall sales volumes under a specified period of time.
Responsibilities: To acquire Investments in Mutual fund through Public sector bank & IFA’s.
To Train, Motivate & keep good business relation with respective sales team across all the branches.
To Ensure KYC/Compliance norms of the company are complied with at all points of time.
