Working in a Dubai based ERP service providing company working as a functional consultant handling ERP projects.
Responsibility:
-Making sure the complete implementation of the project has been done fulfilling all requirement.
Performing pre analysis and develops plans and procedures to be followed during project.
Scheduling meeting with the staffs of different department for requirement and training.
To keep the communication between the rest of the team and the client team.
Manage and update the documents related to consultancy.
Performing training for the company end user.
Supervise the status of work.
Perform general duties which come under the Job.
Making sure all the projects implementation process like customization, tanning etc. are going properly
Making sure the project is delivered before the deadline.
Managing post implementation responsibilities like support, AMC agreement, new customization requirement etc.
Worked as a IT Manager . My responsibility involve from web development to all on going IT process inside the company, like proper function of the office systems network, maintaining proper backup for all company data, managing ERP system for the company, account creation for new employees, maintaining mail servers etc .
Worked as an ERP technical consultant, providing sql/plsql, forms & report creation, web page creation on demand
