Significant Contribution
A. Finance
1. Brought financial discipline through Budgeting, reorganising the banking facilities. 2. Introduced various MIS integrating all related departments for initiating timely & corrective actions on financial & other management decisions at various levels. 3. Recovered more than US 400, 000/- wrongly collected by the bank. 4. Restructured all Insurance policies reducing the cost with better & meaningful coverage. 5. Recovered sticky Insurance claims of more than US $60, 000/-

B. Accounts
1. Completed Annual Audit for previous years within 2 month’s time & completed 2006 audit in a month’s time. 2. Introduced system of monthly P&L A/C & Balance Sheet to help the decision making process of management easier.

C. Audit
Attended old reports & quarries of Internal Audit and made it compulsory at regular intervals.

D. JAFAZA
The company being a JAFZA company had so many long pending & critical issues, were resolved and regularized in compliance with the JAFZA rules /regulations.

E. HR & Other Policies
1. Entire HR policy being drafted & implemented. 2. Operation Manual prepared and introduced for smooth functioning with clarity which included, policies regarding Budgeting, Purchases, Stores, Sales and Accounts.

F. System Implementation
The new ORION system implemented and is under trial run.

G. Management
Apart from the contributing various other imputes on various aspects of the company management related with procurement of materials, selling price fixation, various contracts, business expansions etc apart from other regular assignments.

•Could bring down the cost of borrowed funds by better working capital management.

Statutory Compliance / Liasoning
•Arranged NOC for new products from Pollution Control Board, which was holding the project worth 5 million for over 2 years.
•Appeared before DGFT and won an appeal worth 103, 000 USD under EPCG Scheme.

Materials Management
•Responsible for entire Materials Management worth USD 2 Million P.A.
•Changed the buying pattern to bulk purchase, negotiated better credit terms & brought substantial cost reduction.
•Identified multiple sources for materials from domestic and international market to bring better price.
•Brought administrative changes to smoothen the flow of materials just in time & minimized the production losses.
• Visited China extensively for identifying potential vendors and brought a substantial cost reduction through better negotiation.

Legal
•Settled criminal cases under N.I. Act and recovered long outstandings.
•Acquired properties worth 4 million USD + in various locations, completing right from negotiation, legal documentations, funding till the registration of the property.

System Development
•Introduced Employee benefit scheme.
• Was a key member in the ISO system implementation.
