Responsibilities:



· Prepare and submit the Interim Payment Application to the client.

· Generate the monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and Cost to Complete (CTC) report which gives an idea about the margin and performance of the project.

· Prepare monthly Cash flow statement.

· Identify potential variations and request for approvals.

· Prepare and submit EOT claims under the guidance of the Commercial Manager

· Identify new subcontractors and suppliers to effect cost reductions without affecting the quality.

· Oversee preparation of Tender Documentation and send RFPs and prepare the Cost Comparison statement of Subcontract packages and obtain the approvals for the Lowest quote.

· Review the invoice of Consultants, Contractors and maintain the record/Logbook before forwarding to accounts for payment. Preparation of Subcontractor's Final Account Statement

· Estimate quantities, surface areas, volumes, etc. and perform all quantity takeoffs for the assigned scope of work.

· Evaluate and analyze rates for labor, material and plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist the build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BoQ items.

· Prepare the Variance report of Subcontract, Labour and Material with respect to Pre-Start Estimate Budget.
