•Looking after Electrical Workshops and handling
of overall electrical maintenance of unit.
•Looking after Electronics lab and handling of overall electronic related maintenance of unit
•Responsible for coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements from the time the assigned site area is received from the customer until it is turned over to the end customer on completion day.
•Looking after Power Generation of 2.15 MW Power plant, having Diesel Engine of MTU-18V200G26F, Cat D-3412 and Cat C-18
•Looking after the operation and maintenance of 1.47 MW Solar Park.
•Looking after the operation and maintenance of Air Compressors. (Two Atlas Copco GA160VSD, Kaeser CSDX-165, BSD-75, CSDX-140, Power 160KW, 90KW, 75KW and 37KW respectively)
•Looking after Projects and Sustainability of complete facility in all aspect.
•Handling and looking after of LESCO administrative, legal and documents related issues for US-5 & US-2 BIII connections, having Sanction Load of 2500KW & 2000KW respectively along with BII and Two H1 Connections.
•Working closely with plant Engineering, Maintenance and Production departments to provide reliable support systems for 24/7 operations.
•Working on Engineering tools application such as inventory control, Downtime/overtime control, Maintenance costs, CAPEX & OPEX of utilities and efficient productivity techniques.
•Developing and Controlling of Annual Maintenance & Utilities Budget plan, Capex Budget, critical item list and shelf life of inventory in main store.
•Working on project planning, project Cost Estimation and Execution of all Civil/ Mechanical /Electrical Projects in the mill.
•Looking after Corrective & Proactive Maintenance (Predictive and Preventive) of machineries in GWP (Garments wet process), GDP (Garment Dry Process) and other production machinery, i.e., TONELLO Washers, YILMAK Hydro, Curing Ovens, TRIVENETA & YILMAK Dryers, JEANOLOGIA Twin super Laser machines & Ozone machine, Tuka Tek Spreaders, multilayer machine, Spray Booths, 3D Wrinkle, Scrapping machines etc.
•Looking After the operation & maintenance of HVAC system in complete facility.
•Managing customer satisfaction during the project transition period. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Conducted project management for ERP.
•Looking After the operation and maintenance of integrated fire alarm system (Apollo) and Fire Hydrant System (1000 GPM), UL/FM approved pumps. .
