Overall storage operation carried within 150, 000 Sq ft area scattered throughout the Emirates which Includes handling of total no of SKU’s as many as 8600+ of RM/PM & 3000+ of FG.
•Handling of total FG transactions with proper accounting and documentation viz Receipts from production, Export and Retail dispatches and Sales Return.
•Constant Monitoring of Non-moving, Slow-moving, Damage and Rejected stock and periodic disposal of same.
•Periodic review of all storage facilities for optimize use of storage space situated across UAE
•Periodic Cycle count for A class items & Annual physical stock accounting.
•Timely distribution of finished goods by proper Scheduling and Dispatching (Retail Market & Export Dispatch).
•Handling of total Material transactions with proper accounting, viz. Receipts, Issues & Returns custody of RM/PM to production unit.
•Effective liaison with Planning, Purchase, Production, Accounts, Freight forwarders, Transporters and Shipping lines for smooth flow of incoming RM/PM an FG Dispatches.
•Heading Day To Day Administration of warehouse activity like FG dispatch, issues & return of RM/PM with 5 support office staff, proper management of existing / extra manpower, machine maintenance (Forklifts and MHE’s) an Transportations, includes - managing of 40+ workers, fleet of 6 + transport facilities operating within UAE for retail dispatches an managing movement of RM/PM as per the requirement form production unit from different storage facilities situated across Emirates.
•Responsible auditee of department for ISO 9001:2015 // Fire & Safety // Sharjah environment control

Warehouse and Logistics:
•Inventory analysis of the materials in Store.
•Issuing of the Materials to the Production Team.
•Maintain Inbound and Outbound Logistics and Warehousing activities for all the Project sites.
•Co-ordinate with the Purchase department for the Import Materials.
•Check for documentation of the sample materials to be sent for exports.
•Checking and Filing of all the Inward material documents.
•Stacking of the Material as per the Bins and also checking the Shelf life.
•Raise Purchase Requisition as per the current inventory and replenishment time required.
•Dispatching of the Final Products.
•Management and controlling of all the warehouses located in Western Region - India.

•Negotiation and Selection of the CHA agent quotations for particular shipments.
•Maintaining Import related documents.
•Payment of Import Duty and Duty Deposit.
•Maintaining the Duty Exemption record.

•Materials layout and rack management.
•Purchase and Vendor Development of Import Materials
•Creation on Purchase Orders in system as per Manufacturing requirement
•Monitoring performance of the third-party transporters and CHA. (Vendor Evaluation).
•Co coordinating with the Purchase Team as well as with the end user to schedule and plan the import logistics as per the need and urgency of the material.
•Preparing of MIS Report for the overall process and performance of the Warehouse and Stores.
•Co-ordination with Accounts Dept. for different incoming container and trailer.
•Preparing Monthly consumption report for all the consumable items and present the same to the management.
•Maintaining the Warehouse material record in SAP system inward as well as outward.
