 Witnessing hydro tests and leak tests for pressure vessels, heat Exchangers, piping and testing of PSVs and PRVs.
 Organizing and witnessing various nondestructive tests.
 Visual inspection of fit up, weld visual and reviewing welding procedure specification and quality plan.
 Conducting welder performance Qualification, witnessing and reporting of pre-heating, post heating and post weld heat treatment procedures.
 Holiday detection testing of coated/wrapped UG piping and Spark testing of rubber lined equipment.
 Coating / Painting Inspection and DFT measurement of above ground equipment and piping.

 Inspection during fabrication of piping and in-service inspection of piping, static equipment (pressure vessels, heat ex-changers) storage tanks, fired heaters and making inspection reports.
 Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the pressure vessel inspection plan together with engineering and corrosion specialist support, meeting all QMS requirements.
 Familiarize equipment with prior history of the equipment they are responsible for, reviewing the equipment’s prior inspection results, prior repairs, and current inspection plan and determining the types of inspection required, e.g. internal, external, on-stream, etc.
 Determine the corrosion rates, remaining life, and next inspection date for each equipment.
 Review and update the inspection and NDE techniques required for each equipment, including the extent and locations of inspection and NDE.
 Verify that all new materials used during repairs or alterations are consistent with the specifications.
 Assure that the minimum preheat and post weld heat treatments are performed in accordance with the qualified welding procedures.
 Turn around inspection of Piping circuits, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, fired heaters and boilers.
 Inspection and testing of PSVs and PRVs.
 Review of NDE results such as DP, MT, RT and UT.
 Conducting welder performance qualifications.
