Responsibilities Handled:

•Scheduling & performing the Pre Civil Defense inspections to ensure healthiness of Firefighting systems & attending the Civil Defense inspection.
•Preparation of the project execution plan, Project execution and site supervision.
•Organizing labor and materials in project sites. Ordering & Approvals of materials, Advice the purchase team to procure the material as per schedule.
•Lead the Operation & maintenance team of both high side/low side which includes equipment Centrifugal water-cooled chillers (1000 TR), AHU, FCU, Cassette unit, Ventilation & exhaust air systems, Motors &pumps, VFD, and LT/HT panel systems as per the schedule & take corrective action as & when required.
• Monitor Central plant operation via Computerized Building control management system, ensure the operating parameters are within operating range & take corrective if required.
• To carryout Central Plant preventive maintenance activities maintenance activities.
•Responsible to troubleshoot the premature / unusual failure of the system & carry out the RCA’s of the problems.
•Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems; • Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs; • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations; • Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts; • Respond to emergencies; • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
•To provide work directions to subordinates and ensure that all activities conform to Qatar Foundation policies & procedures and accepted technical standards.
•Preparation of Daily/monthly report, Incident reports, QCD Documentation

Location : Doha-Qatar

Responsibilities Handled:
•Carrying out works in as per Client/Consultant Requirements and quality standards and as per NFPA & local Standards.
•Taking approval of shop drawings, material submittals, supplied material and installation of work from Consultant/ Clients.
• Close supervision of work for timely completion and as per technical specifications and standard engineering practices.
• Successful scheduling and coordinating site activities with other subservices at site.
•Complete necessary documentation as per Company policy/Project Requirements. Maintaining all records in reference to work at site.
•Coordination of work to maintain the billing cycle as per cost plan and verification of the same.
•Preparation of the Work Schedule Plans, Work Progressive Reports, and Comprehensive Reports, Testing & Commissioning Reports, Work Completion Certificate, and Guarantee Certificate.
•Assist the Project Manager for the Technical Issues & Participate in project management review & Generate the various project progress reports (weekly & monthly) as required and maintain the records of the same.
•Preparation of Total Documentation & Support for Civil Defense Inspection of Systems.
•Handover of Projects to the Client and Authority having Jurisdiction

Responsibilities Handled:
•Supervising the Operation and Maintenance works of HVAC Systems like ACCU’s, ACWC’s, AHU’s, package AC’s, Split Ac’s, Cooling Towers, pumps & exhaust fan system.
• Operation of Building Management System software EBI R410.2.
•Providing technical guidelines to BMS team by Analyzing daily working parameters to control room conditions (temperature, relative humidity) without any end-user affect.
•Troubleshooting of the premature / unusual failure of the system & providing maximum Equipment working condition for client by targeting zero breakdown condition.

1. Alijarah Taxi Complex- ITCC QATAR-Installation, Testing & commissioning of Fire fighting systems.
2. Qatar Foundation - Education City - Maintenance FA & FM 200 System.

3. Qatar Foundation - Education City - Operation & Maintenance of MEP systems.
