Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to the group President and senior Management team on all Information Technology matters. To ensure a keen understanding of the business so as to devise and implement IT Strategies that supports robust business growth with secure, modern and reliable IT services; and is aligned to the Group IT Strategy and deliver significant business value for the Division.

In liaison with the Business MD, Group MD and Group CIO create an IT strategy for the Division and businesses that is fully aligned with the Group IT Strategy and the Divisional business strategy. Manage the implementation of the IT Strategy and report progress at Divisional Executive level.

Drive the implementation of the internationalization strategy and the integration of international IT teams

Assist business to identify opportunities (opportunity analysis, audit reports, internal/external innovation, etc.) to improve/grow/expand their businesses. Validate opportunities against Group/Divisional IT Strategy. Implement and track benefit delivery.
System Management & Development Installation and Deployment
Lead and integrate delivery of application teams to deliver new solutions, maintain systems and provide system support against agreed service levels. Lead a portfolio of multiple projects, managing resourcing, time-lines, budgets, and quality of deliverable in conjunction with PMO

Build a lean, skilled and fully engaged team. Prepare and manage budgets based on annual strategy review and planning cycle. Establish and manage relationships with key vendors. Build industry relationships to stay abreast with latest developments, innovation and business direction
