Provide technical and operational leadership for exploration activities across 10 greenfield gold exploration projects
located in the Lake Victoria Goldfields, Tanzania.
Develop regional exploration strategies and prioritize exploration targets through the integration of geological,
structural, geochemical, and geophysical datasets.
Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising geologists, geophysicists and field personnel to achieve project objectives.
Oversee project databases, ensuring high standards of data integrity and quality assurance for technical decision
making.
Review exploration results and provide recommendations for drill targeting, follow-up programs and project
advancement.
Manage exploration budgets, schedules, contractor performance and resource allocation to ensure efficient project
delivery.
Mentor junior geologists and contribute to the development of industry standard exploration practices.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Selected achievements
Identified 15 priority exploration targets across projects in Kahama and Nzega area of Tanzania through integrated
geological interpretation.
Successfully tested targets through diamond drilling program and identified shear zone hosted gold mineralization
in Jomu, Tanzania

Jomu area, Tanzania.
Litho-structural logging of diamond drill cores from gold exploration project in Jomu, Tanzania and graphite
exploration project in Tanga, Tanzania.
Developed and implemented standard protocols for geotechnical logging, litho-structural logging, core
photography, bulk-density measurement, sampling, QC and database management for diamond drilling operations.
Geological modelling in Leapfrog from drill core data.
Preparation of technical reports.
Geological interpretation of magnetic and IP survey data.
Guided geophysicists in efficient planning for ground magnetic, drone-magnetic and IP survey.
