• Worked as the Head of Architecture Design and planning Cell,
Mumbai leading a team of 10+ Architects & BIM modellers for
Residential Buildings & factories, L & T.
• Co ordinating Architectural packages, schedules for all L&T RBF sites
pan India. Issuing shop drawings, Reviewing Budgets, Construction
methodologies, Arch. Detailing, for projects across Mumbai & Pan India.
• Shop Drawing Package for LDA Kabirnagar, Gomti Residential Project,
Goverdhan Residential Project. Status - Under Construction. Client : LDA
Lucknow. Developed in house concept of replacing in situ casting of Toilets with
Pre Built Toilet Pods (PBTP), for Emerald Isle Project - Powai, Mumbai.

for Gardens Galleria / Marriott courtyard (1.2 million
sq. ft) at U.P.(Phase 2 of GIP mall). Appx. 3.5 lakh sq. ft. of retail
space part of the mall. Project status- Completed. Client: Unitech India Incharge of complete co ordination with CALLISON USA for the project. for Ireo Rise Mohali, (8 Acres site, Built up area 7.5
Lakh Sq. ft.) at Mohali, Punjab. Project Status- Client: Ireo. for Commerce Park, LEED rated, Million sq. ft. office
tower at Gurgaon, India. Project status- under Client:
EMAAR. Worked on Kona Housing Project at Kolkata. (Area of housing -50 acres,
built up area - 2 million sq. ft.) Project status- under
Client: Unitech India. Concept Design by : RMJM, HONG KONG.

• Worked as Design Associate with the practice. Projects designed during the phase:
• Educational campus for Jain group of Institutions at Belgaum.(3 Lakh sq.ft.)
• International hostel for Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College at Belgaum.(50, 000 sq.ft.)

Worked as a Researcher on “Transnational Spaces, Bauhaus Kolleg VI, ” advance research
project related to Urbanism and effects of globalization on local Urbanism due to flow of
people and finance from one part to another of the World.
Projects Analyzed :
• Frankfurt Airport: Interpreting Frankfurt Airport as an independent transnational city, functioning on its own and generating future scenarios for the development and direction of growth for the airport.
• Call Centers in India, Kolkata (Calcutta): understanding the dynamics of development and growth of city due to coming of call centers, what is the future outcome for the call centers in India, as well its impacts on Urbanism.
