Review of Business Processes in Finance Division. Analyse As Is Process and suggest changes to be adopted in and ERP environment for a efficient and cost effective Business Process.

Formulating budgets, Annual Operating Plans for the Circle & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures and actual expenditure; recommending / taking corrective actions.

Analysis and Analysis of AOP V/s Actuals; to correct deviations to achieve targeted EBITA.

Reconciliation of Business Accounts with Financial Accounts & corrections of deviations.

Analysis of Post & Prepaid revenue on a monthly basis & comparison of performance with AOP.


Ensuring adherence to the regulatory norms as laid by the statutory authorities’ viz. TRAI, DOT and Company’s Act 1956.

Organise Customer Application Forms ( CAF ) Management & Storage at Circle Level & retrieval on Statutory requirements.

Responsible for Commercial Roll out of 14 Towns in West Bengal in December 2002 and subsequent Phase II rollout of services in Rural Bengal.

Setting up Town Offices, Outsourced Manpower agencies, Data entry agencies, Collection agencies, Bill distribution system, Logistical support systems and Tele-callers for collection drives across Bengal.

Extensively interfacing with banks, auditors, and other channel partners for implementation of different aspects of the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

Channel Payout management & dispute resolution.

Supervising all commercial negotiations, development of vendors & assignment of contracts in the Project state and ensuring timely completion of the projects.

Ensuring seamless logistics operations & coordinating with various departments, agencies and external business partners in successful distribution of Handsets & RCVs.

Organise Reverse logistics for Customer Application Forms, Audit of CAFs & upload .

Supervision of City Distribution Centres & Warehouses in West Bengal .

Liaison with BSNL & Other Private operators for Reconciliation; Recovery & Settlement of IUC payables & collectables.
