• Responsible for working closely with stakeholders, product owners on requirement prioritization and defining the product roadmap.
• Responsible for understanding domain/product related features and functions, and then define the epics and stories for development team.
• Responsible for conducting agile ceremonies like story grooming, estimation and retrospective to ensure team follows true agile.
• Responsible for working closely with development team to find areas of improvement in existing products which can be built as new features.
• Identify gaps and shortcomings in solutions through Gap Analysis, workshops & focus group and determine necessary changes (”As-is, Need to be model“, Root Cause Analysis)
