• Handling spare part management function for life cycle services.

• Maintained responsibility for sourcing high-quality vendors to meet CAPEX (IT, Projections and Sound), F&B and OPEX Services (Logistics and Facilities Management) needs for cinema outlets across the assigned region.
• Managed thorough vendor appraisals consisting of clearly defining PQQs, shortlisting suitable category-specific vendors, ensuring that contract requirements are met and conducting comprehensive post-award evaluations.
• Supervised the end-to-end supply chain for direct CAPEX items, optimising each stage of the process from origin to delivery and ensuring sufficient interoperability between stages and parties to uphold performance standards.
• Designing robust and effective third-party logistics (3PL) supply chain routes to control transportation of various
F&B goods, aiming to minimise transit time and reduce associated overstocking issues across cinema outlets.
• Introduced the use of procurement software such as SCOUT to enhance the accessibility and transparency of
related data, in addition to deploying ERP software including ORACLE to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Completed further duties including managing the payment reconciliation process, conducting negotiation rounds prior to nominating vendors and reviewing the current pricing of existing vendors to identify opportunities for
continuous improvement.
• Developed logistics channels, dealing in day to day shipment clearance activities for KSA(SABER), UAE, Bahrain &
Oman.
Achievements
• Liaised with market research teams to develop greater understanding of current market trends in relation to specific products and applied knowledge to inform and enhance negotiations with a local pool of vendors, refining framework contract structures for strategic categories and meeting savings target of 10%.
• Successfully improved inventory management approach by requesting that cinema outlets place orders tailored to the projected number of cinemagoers and work to suitably categorise items based on use, enhancing procurement planning, minimising waste and achieving goal of reducing regional COGS(Cost of goods sold) to 26%.
• Identifying & carrying out Supplier appraisal process for Categories like Capex, MRO & Services consisting of(FMservices, Recruitement, Transport,
Catering, Logistics etc.)
• Contract Management-Setting up contracts (Framework, Call-offs &Standard contract) KPIs, SLAs depending upon the critical nature of products or services & the procedure for continuous monitoring of the same.
• Supplier Management -Managed long-term partnerships with suppliers and day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, and delivery.
• To work in conjunction with key stakeholders (Internal, External) to understand the business requirements and propose suitable sourcing strategies and methodologies, influencing business in light of relevant policies and procedure.
• Developed and prepared the procurement policy based on the global procurement guideline and took steps to educate the employees about procurement policy / procedure through regular trainings, awareness sessions.

• Did annual contracts with a 20% cost saving on industrial supplies (PPE) and another 18% with other local service contracts (Housekeeping, MEP, Recruitment & Other services), Packing materials (Corrugated carton boxes, Shrink wraps, clear tapes etc.), Fabrication & Tool reworks through Integrative Negotiations, developing new suppliers both locally and on international scale, Product Standardisation also keeping in mind “ FIVE RIGHTS” of procurement.
