• Preparing and follow up of the Master Production Schedule, after consolidating all customers’ orders (worldwide) in compliance with the corresponding commercial plan.

• Relationship management with customers, distributors and agent under adherence of compliance guidelines (forecasted country level) to avoid situations of high or low stock levels.
• Ensuring effective inventory management in line with marketing plans and supply chain productions.
• Improving deployment and stock turnover for all ranges: daily inventory shortages and managing arbitration within customers’ demands.
• Liaising with the commercial and marketing departments for all new product developments.
• Coaching clients as per the Marketing concept within international launches.
