Responsibilities
o Handling 18 boutiques and 6 stock locations across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar
and Bahrain.
o Internal Control, Monthly RMCI process execution in boutiques.
o Annual Inventories- planning, organizing, execution and reporting.
o Monthly inventory result analysis reporting and KPIs.
o Store visits to ensure policies and procedures are in place.
o Ensuring guidelines for discounted transactions, exchange and returns
o Admin and security policies compliance to ensure improvement.
o Stock management, stock adjustment, monthly cycle count process to
ensure stock safety and monthly closing controlling
o Projects participation in admin/boutique/ marketing related projects and
staff sales.
o Daily support to boutique administration teams.
o Contracts management: ensure contracts in place, take lead on bidding
negotiation with service providers
o Trade license: support for trade license renewal process.
o Resolving application and database related issued coordinating with
Central team in Paris.
o Sales associate profile management.
o Training team members in boutiques for back office activities.
o Onsite support during new boutique openings, retrofits and events.
Providing support for design and creation of windows network with servers and client machines
• Network Administration, Monitoring, Investigation and diagnosing all network problems.
• Administering SonicWALL Firewall and to make necessary configuration changes in Firewall according to
organization requirement.
• Coordinate with ISP vendors upon Connection problems.
• Coordinate with developers in installing and deploying of software to production systems.
• Configure and monitor windows update and other software updates.
• Maintain an inventory of all network devices and licenses.
