•Assisting Admin Manager in day-to-day activities
•Coordinating with the repair and maintenance department
•In charge of Printing and stationery
•Getting ID prepared and distributing them to the respective staff members/students
• Keep confidential information of all school records
•Handle complaints from parents diplomatically
•Make bonafide, transfer certificates for students
•Draft mails /SMS for parents and circulate
•Draft notices for students and circulate
•Supervision of housekeeping staff
•Make sure of the cleanliness of reception area always
