The main point of contact between the campuses director and the internal/external stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support to the director and the dean of academic operations (DOA), including correspondences, managing calendars, zoom meetings, especially during covid-19.
* Prepare reports, presentations, memos, circulars, and other bilingual correspondence as required.
* Organize meetings, liaise with concerned parties to ensure meetings are properly planned and no overlapping schedules; ensure efficient management of appointments diary and meeting
schedule, including timing, priority setting, agenda preparation, and taking the minutes.
* Follow up on action points and decisions made by the director, DAO & campus council to ensure that action plans are achieved and implemented.
* Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa while maintaining the integrity of message content, context, and style.
* Handle information processing, filing, archiving, and retrieval; ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, integrity, and confidentiality of documents.
* Assist in audit and KPI tasks to ensure the achievement of campus objectives, targets, and institutional performance reports.
* Management of procurement and contracts if needed.
* Managed the daily administrative operations of the academy.
* Deal with complex duties and sensitive information effectively.
