Key Accountabilities:
1. Coach RE team.
2. Attend all meetings of production performance review as a chief expert.
3. Being responsible for Simulation and Well Testing.
4. Being responsible for the projects of ODP, LRP (long-term reservoir plan) or IRD (integral reservoir description).
5. Being responsible for quarterly, annual reservoir review.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage 3 teams (ASP and Modeling team, WRFM team, Production Program team) to execute the routing work of PE department.
2.Provide Resources / Reserve evaluation, New Oil Planning, and execute the Well, Reservoir and Facilities Management activities. Ensure the lifecycle value of Majnoon asset is maximized and future developmentuncertainties are managed.
3. Ensure Wells and Facilities are integrity-compliant. Maintain effective integration and collaboration. Maintain & optimize production at the production target.
4. Deliver all Majnoon Asset’s modelling (subsurface, IPSM)& forecasting (Medium Term & Long Term), and deliver short/medium termintegrated reservoir studies.
5. Support new wells drilling campaign (ASP3) which comprised of drilling28 production wells (7 Hartha, 3 Zubair, 2 Nahr Umr and 16 Mishrif) and 2-4 water disposal wells.
6. Deliver integrated production plan with combining Ops, Maintenance, O&M departments’ activities.Perform and calculate hydrocarbon allocation back toproducing wells and reservoir, manage, daily deliver traceable fiscal meters operations to supportexport volume sign-off, commercial agreement, maintain fully calibrated meters and providemetering specialized support to project team across the Majnoon field.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide assessment reports for new projects as leading geological and reservoir engineering disciplines.
2. Coordinate various meetings for assessing new projects with operation team, logistic team, finance group and legal team.
3. Due diligence on site.
4. Lead technology negotiation with partners or owners who owner oil/gas fields.
5. QA, QC technological achievements of GG and RE study domestically.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide support/contributions on EUR assessment & updates prior ODP approval. Ownership of EUR estimation post-ODP approval (incl. RTA/PTA).
2. Coordinate short/medium term production forecast and review.
3. Provide RE supports to well intervention and well abandonment.
4. Provide reservoir engineering support to well review.
5. Provide supports and contribution to WRFM strategy & plan.
6. Ownership of data acquisition plan - liaise with ODP teams to define/update the annual plan.
7. Coach the team REs (G staff and Petro-China seconded REs).
8. Provide reservoir engineering support to Fushun ODP report.
9. Coordinate and do pore pressure predication training to the inexperienced staffs.
10. Coordinate and do well-books for Zitong legacy wells.
11. Flying-dragon Focal Point of Zitong project.
12. RTA modelling for Zitong legacy wells.
13. Provide Dynamic Surveillance Plan for Jinqiu ODP.
14. Responsible for OFM database.
15. Responsible for data acquisition, surveillance plan, support to deliver intervention proposals.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Take charge of the whole development technical work in the company.
2. Lead a team of total 3 staffsfor doing RE, geological work.
3. Deliver 3 development concepts forthree blocks.
4. Deliver the five-year development plan for threetight Gas Fields.
5. Responsible for well performance &well test processing review of LX & SJB (Tight Gas) in Ordos Basin.
6. Support COO/vice CEO to report to stakeholders. Be involved in technical managements and engagements with stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Take charge of the whole subsurface chapter’s studying, simulation and writing for the ODP report of PL19-3 & PL25-6 Oilfield.
2. Responsible for doing the Full Field Model simulation of PengLai oilfields.
3. Take charge of the whole subsurface chapter’s studying, simulation and writing for the ODP report of PL19-9 Oilfield.
4. Responsible for deliveringPhase ⅢDevelopment Concept for PengLai oilfields.
5. Responsible for delivering LRP of PengLai oilfields and annual development planning.
6. Deliver the high quality solution plan of gas problem for Block 2 & 3 of PengLai oilfields.
7. Deliver proposals for flooded zones in Block 1 of PengLai oilfields.
8. Deliver good RE technical work that help GGRE team towards excellence in development strategies, well planning, well trajectory designing, well review, reservoir review, facilities review and data acquisition.
9. Mentor and coach junior RE at simulation, PTA/RTA, OFM, well performance analysis, ODP delivery and data acquisition.
Key Accountabilities:
1. As a project leader, I had taken charge of 21 large projects of Sinopec, including ODP, Updated ODP, LRP, feasibility report, integrated reservoir description. Such as ODP projects of the Ordovician carbonate reservoir for Tahe 6 -10 PSCs in Tarim basin, China.
2. As a designer and writer (RE), I had designed for the location and trajectory of 125 wells independently, and assisted to design 369 wells (include 122 horizontal wells). Especially had worked for long time on horizontal trajectory design.
3. As a senior RE, I had simulated 26 reservoirs/oil-fields/gas-fields (include clastic reservoir, carbonate reservoir, gas field, condensate gas reservoir, volatile reservoir, polymer flooding). Such as Full Field model simulation of Tahe 1 - 3, 6 -10 PSCs in Tarim basin, China.
4. As a senior RE, I had done the simulation work for CO2 flooding, flue-gas injection and polymer flooding. I had done the mechanism simulation with understanding mixing light oil, steam flooding for heavy oilfield.
5.As a senior RE, I had done dynamic performance analysis by 133 times, reservoir reviews by 15 times, Oil/Gas fields reviews by 8 times, tracking research by 256 times, performance monitoring by 14 times etc.
