Responsibilities and duties

• Provide training, awareness and on-site assistance for the Staff Company and sub-contractors.
• Lead a team of emergency responders during routine tests, during white operations and in emergencies.
• Assist to the maintenance and adjustments of the plant firefighting detection and protection equipments and systems (deluge valves, isolation valves, heat and smoke detectors, Sprinklers, water and foam tanks...).
• Participate to the development and implementation of HSE initiatives and procedures (Example; annual bonus for a worker who most respects safety regulations in order to minimize work accidents)
• Ensure that all HSE measures and precautions are strictly considered during performing maintenance activities (overhaul maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance)
• Support HSE Manager in the implementation of a prevention policy.
• Carry out inspections and maintenance of fire extinguishers periodically and after use.
• Make stock management of PPE and make purchase requests when needed.
• Participate to the meetings of the local health and safety committee and ensure rigorous follow-up of decisions and recommendations.
• Participate in work accident and incidents investigations occurring in the power plant.
• Develop, analyze and report quarterly statistics of work accidents to the HSE manager .Then Identify and deploy the curative, corrective and preventive actions that take place.
• Participate in the work authorization process/work permit, especially for high-risk work (working at height, confined spaces, ATEX environments, etc.)
• Perform inspection of visitors/vehicles and equipments entering and leaving the plant and assisting visitors in accordance with plant procedure.

Key Achievements
• Assistance and Control of many actions; annual and major overhauls of the steam turbines, chemical washing of the boilers, work in the site especially for the combined cycle which is under construction...
• Preparation of a technical specification for the complete rehabilitation of the fire detection system SIEMENS / ALGOREX.
• Organization and realization of many successful white operations.
• Successful intervention with my team in extinguishing a fire at the boiler.

فحص وصيانة منتجات فويث توربو على القطارات ذات الصنع الفرنسي و الصيني و الموجودة في شركة السكك الحديدية التونسية:
• تشخيص وصيانة منتجات فويث توربو:علبة السرعات الهدروميكانيكية, نظام تبريد المحرك و علبات السرعات, محرك الديزل وصلات الربط التلقائي بين عربات القطار
• إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار.
• قيادة وتنظيم فريق العمل.
تشخيص و صيانة فويث ريتاردرالمركبة في الحافلات (مرسيدس بنز، فولفو، إفيكو ...).
• الكشف عن الأعطال من خلال الكمبيوتر باستخدام برنامج التشخيص
• مراقبة مختلف معايير التشغيل (ضغط التشغيل، ودرجة الحرارة النفط، والتبريد درجة حرارة الماء...).
تشخيص و صيانة ناقل حركة أوتوماتيكي المركبة في الحافلات (مرسيدس بنز، فولفو، إفيكو ...).
• الكشف عن الأعطال من خلال الكمبيوتر باستخدام برنامج التشخيص
• مراقبة مختلف معايير التشغيل (ضغط التشغيل، ودرجة الحرارة النفط، والتبريد درجة حرارة الماء...).
تشخيص وحدة الكبح (الفرملة الهوائية والأنظمة الإلكترونية) باستخدام الكمبيوتر.
الكشف عن الأعطال في نظام الكبح.
تحميل برامج جديدة في لوحات إلكترونية التي تتحكم في نظام الكبح.

• Inspect, diagnose and repair of the VOITH hydromechanical transmission and the KNORR BREMSE brake systems for rail cars (CFD 13, DMU CSR) and for Buses (Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Iveco…).
• Provide Technical service and justification for customer needs and requirements.
• Planning of interventions tasks on vehicle.
• Discussion of warranty issues with customers.
• Management and control of a team during interventions.
• Provide technical documents according to customer's need.
• Management of the Spare Parts stock.
• Work with international after-sales teams (railcars manufacturing).

* مراقبة المحولات الكهرباءيةو الأسلاك الناقلة للتيار الكهرباءي و التأكد من عملها في ظروف طيبة.
*بحث علمي حول مقاومة التربة للتيار الكهرباءي بإستعمال ألات قيس متطورة معدة للغرض.

• Control of the medium voltage transformers.
• Measurement of the resistivity of the soil.
• Study of the grounding.

*العمل على الأ لات الأوتوماتيكية و نصف الأوتوماتيكية و الرقمية في صنع قطع ذات جودة عالية تستعمل قي تركيب الحنفيات و الدارات الماءية المنزلية.
