Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for recruiting senior and mid level candidates across the banking and insurance
sectors in the region.
• Hands on experience with various headhunting projects - Role involves identifying the suitable
candidates, ascertaining the personnel psychological assessments using various methodologies,
conducting referral checks, salary negotiations, etc.
• Advising clients on slew of recruitment strategies - Candidate availability, compensation
structure and benefits, competitor’s recruitment strategies, etc.
• Hands on experience in sourcing potential candidates - through various jobsites, databases,
networking and referrals.
• Conducting referral checks and indulging in vital negotiations with the client and the candidate at
the right time to close the deal.
• Experienced in ‘Headhunting’, ’Networking’ & ‘Referencing’ for junior, mid level and top
management positions.

Recruiting Specialists for multiple industries across various geographical locations.
• Extensive Business Development and Client acquisition for Executive and Manpower
Recruitment Services.
• Working with headhunting projects and identifying the right candidates and presenting them to
the clients on strict deadlines.
• Selling HR related services to potential clients.
• Advising the client on job market, salary ranges compensation and benefits, job profiles, job
description, candidates’ availability, competitor’s recruitment strategies, etc.
• Sourcing potential candidates through various job sites, databases, networking and referrals.
• Handling the entire recruitment process from getting the requirement till the collection of
payment by rigorous follow-up.

-Responsible for screening of Middle- Senior level positions
- Maintaining banks organizational chart
- Preparing offer letters/ employment contracts for new joiners
- Maintaining and updating salary and benefit reports as appropriate.
- Managing Direct walk ins, correction of tests, preliminary interviews and short listing them for further rounds of interviews.
- Part of the team responsible for organizing campus recruitments.
- Managed onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
- Reference and background checks for new hires.
