• Primary role of conducting process audits (Operations, HR, Accounts, Sales) and recommend suggestions for improvement.
• Setting up of KPIs for individuals, continuous monitoring of their performance and reporting same to the management with areas to improve and arrange necessary training programs.
• Restructured some of the core processes in Facilities Management Company by document verification, analysis of profit and loss statements, conducting site visits etc.
• Working on automation of KPIs by introducing a self-service web portal to reduce manual work inturn increasing the efficiency of process. Meeting vendors, negotiating and procuring the right software to serve the process.
• Conduct system adequacy audits, verification and validation of the processes parameters based on the set KPI’s against its targets.
• Conducting customer satisfaction survey & supplier feedback survey and analyzing the data, recommend changes/improvements to the existing system.
• Trade processing, Trade reconciliation, Daily reporting, preparing EOD checklist with necessary backups in adherence with compliance and risk policies.
• Daily cash reconciliation on Trade lifecycle Management (TLM) for products like Repos, Bonds, Futures and options, OTC ( TRS, IRS, CDS, FX ) and commenting accordingly on all breaks greater than 1+ days.
• Daily position reconciliation on Listed products in TLM and OTC products on Tri-optima tool.
• Preparing MIS for various clients on STP rate, exception error, manual booking of trades and status of valid breaks and query tracking .
• Month end market value position reconciliation for all asset class pre and post pricing activity.
• Handle Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to support resiliency when required.
• Support Trioptima project, a tool used in Hedge funds process in two-way position reconciliation
• Work closely with the clients, middle office and counterparties to resolve queries.
• Work closely with pricing, NAV and Accounting team internally for timely delivery .
• Training new hires.
