Security Administration
• Primary Contract personal for Security Contract between client and company.
• Arrangement/coordination for staffs training and drills.

• Operate and respond to all aspects of Control Room Operation including emergency Response i.e. Medical emergency, system failure, Fire and emergency alarm system.
• Report any incidents details to the emergency services.
• Daily log report, Incident Report writing.
• Use Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to monitor facility.
• Call-taking/ dispatching security units.
• Manage the radio networks communicating with Security.
• Monitor security systems and escalate information necessary for the safety and security.
• Gather and centralized security logs, Record all appropriate Control Room activities in the incident database.
• Create and submit internal Work Orders for equipment failures or malfunctions.
• Oversee the facility issues that may occur within the premises and forward them to concern department in order to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure all the inquiries and complaints received from visitors, customers, vendors, staffs and contractors via phone, email or by a person are being addressed appropriately on time and with courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain the key issue records.
• Undertake any other duties that are necessary within the Security Control room.
• Arrange security guards deployment roster/Timesheet and arrange break timing.
• Manage the dedicated hotline emergency telephones.
• Logging/Investigating Lost and Found issues.
Technical Skill
• Strong IT, database and communication skills.
• Access Control, ID Badge, CCTV Control Rooms, and digital camera recording systems
