Responsible for the Entire Stores / Warehouse Operations \{Receipts, Stocking, Pick & Issue, Internal Logistics & Issue to
Customer\}.
Responsible for Inventory Management i.e. Cycle count, IRA, FIFO, TAT & 5S system.

Conducting stock cycle count for every month & maintaining inventory record accuracy 97 %.
Leading, Motivating, training and developing staff.
Recruit, Hire and orient warehouse related staff’s & manpower.
Experience in all Admin related activities for entire organization for servicing & Maintainance (Machines & Equipment’s).
Proficient in department vehicle Servicing, Repairing & on time Road Permit Renewals.
Responsible for the vehicle Yard & Maintainance around 600 Vehicles.
Working with Team Leaders to review procedures & Maximise customer satisfaction.
Responsible for day-to-day operations, including development of employees, while continually improving their ability to
increase net profit.
Ensure the warehouse area is maintained by neat and tidy.
