Working As senior Architect in PMC team involves in Site Excution & Monitoring.
Responsible includes Review Shop Drawings, Approve mateial, Visit site to Approve Mock up Smaple.
Also Attend Regular project meetings to Sort out the site issues with client, contractors and suppliers.
Record and measure the project Work progress and inform to the higher management regulary to manage the site well.
Co-ordinate with the various Disciplines to solve site issue and checking the code compliances.

Design Development and Review, Preparation of Conceptual, Presentation and Working drawings from the project Start to end phase, Co ordination with structural, MEP and other service consultants. Application of National building codes and local Municipal bye laws in Design, Preparation of BOQ and Estimation as per design to meet the client requirements, Attend the coordination meeting with clients, contractors and local material suppliers, Visit the site periodically to monitor the design execution and Coordinated with construction team, On site problem solving and design completion on estimated time schedule and get the approval from the client and Monitor the project's Records Maintenance.

Responsibilities/tasks
1. Report to Project Manager daily. Carry out regular site inspections and test, monitor, observe, and review contractor activities.
2. Review and monitor Contractor’s procedures/ practices of health and safety and monitor contractor’s shop drawings, materials and method statements. Record changes on site and review as-built drawings/ submissions.
3. Monitor contractor’s progress on site. Inspect all permanent works for spec/ drawings compliance. Check the dimensions and levels/ profile. Check for formwork / false work / shutter work (dimensions / verticality / stability).
4. Implement Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), approved Method Statement (MS’s), checklist etc. Maintain record of Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Contractor’s Inspection Request (CIR).
5. Check / watch any unapproved / unauthorized works on the site and notify the Resident Engineer, and initiate “Non-Conformance Report (NCR).”Take photos of construction activities / progress and maintain a hard and soft copy of the photographs.
6. Maintain a record of drawing approval status. Initiate / generate Site Memo’s and other Site Observations reports documentation
7. Check quality of work on an ongoing basis; inform the Contractor of problems if any and generate/confirm through Site Memo.
8. Visit lab / plant, witness tests, material inspections. Co-ordinate MEP / Architectural inspections wherever necessary / required. Keep a copy of site related documents for site users. Maintain site diary on a daily basis. Record all significant events on site.

Co-ordinate with client, Main consultant, project manager and Subcontractors to solve the design issues, get approval for the Design changes and implement them in shop drawings, tender documents verifications and production, monitor the cost variations, solve the problems in site execution, Quality control and Assurance for materials and the site works, attend the project co-ordination and progress meetings, monitoring project progress, review the close out procedures of project and Verify proper documentation of the project.
