Liaised with marketing staff and cross functional teams, maintained shelf life analysis, evaluated and inspected suppliers, authored technical reports, managed scale up plant trials and led pilot plant production of sensory evaluation for home use tests, central location tests and focus groups.
Identified product opportunities including new products, or product enhancements via market research and direct customer engagement in order to create new development opportunities for pharmaceutical, food, other tobacco and household products.
Gained invaluable experience of developing formulation and conducting pre-formulation studies for new products/validate alternate supplier for raw materials & formula optimization as per annual savings program.
