Projects Managemet Officer
Project Management Office:
• Prepares roadmaps for key initiatives
• Develops four reports to monitor projects as the following:
o Overall scorecard
o Risk management
o Project portfolio and specific project status
o Develop operational plan
Strategy and Performance:
• Prepares the outcome definition sheet for key measures for the Executive Council and the Department of Economic Development
• Participates in defining SCAD strategy with the consultants and the core business
• Defines the statistical indicators of SCAD according to international standards
• Creates an input sheet for each indicator (Indicator Sheet) in coordination with the core business
• Develops the performance report for KPIs and other initiatives
• Participates in preparing service level agreement
• Produced projects cost reports and prepared Cash Flows for new projects
• Checked, monitored and updated the monthly Projects invoices and Field P.Os
• Received and updated Progress for selected Projects (Scope Change/Amendments, Updates etc.)
• Started-up Cost projects and entered all awarded P.Os / contracts in PM+
• Measured and reported different projects performance with relation to projects budget
• Cost monitoring, trending and forecasting of all activities with an impact on the forecasted costs
• Prepared on monthly basis all projects cost accruals and forecast reports
• Analyzed and assessed trends and their impacts over the costs / budget
• Evaluated the effect of commitments over the budget and forecast
• Provided management with updated information on the forecast of any project
• Closed personal loans, business loans & credit card prepared cheques
• Analyzed data and developed financial reports
• Kept the customers updated about bank’s offers
presented a dissertation of PMO implementation in GCC countries
