Review and clarify requirement specifications, competencies and skills required
Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
Pre-screen job candidates
Review resumes, qualifications to determine suitability of candidates and inform them fully about the profile and company
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Manage all communication with candidates
Managed the Employment Visa processing and Visa Formalities
Coordination for the employment process for the Offer Letter, Work permit & Work Visa
Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
• Create new Corporate accounts to generate business
• Identify and qualify leads by cold calling.
• Reaching out to new customers and making pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
• Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs to provide the best service
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• Checking the quantities of goods in stock;
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
• Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing customers
• Cordinating with finance and admin departments for the payments
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Sourcing CV’s from various job portals (Naukri, Monster, Times Job & LinkedIn)
Screening & Short listing candidate’s from the job portals.
Scheduling the interviews of short listed candidate’s.
Providing complete and accurate information to candidates about the process (UK, Australia and Ireland) and position.
Briefing candidate’s with an interview procedure.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Documentation verification & salary negotiation.
Taking care of joining formalities
Handling end to end recruitment cycle
