Able to coordinate and operate plant by online consultation with experts during time of troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Develop reports and updates about the machine status and able to maintain Warranty records for correspondence with the suppliers for replacements and order of new spares.
Involved in Preventive and Predictive maintenance of the German Concrete Block making unit like MASA 9001 XL and MASA 9002XL, also machines for conditioning and treatment of Concrete blocks like Splitting and Short blasting machines.
Servicing operation and troubleshooting of different automated machines and HVAC systems . Familiar with International Standards and Schematic wiring Diagrams, experience in LV & MV Industrial/Domestic wiring, Experience in working with automated systems, Testing and commissioning of Electrical equipments, Programming and installation of PLC (S7-200 series), Able to supervise and schedule electrical work with quality standards and have good command over English in a multinational environment. Confident enough to work under adverse conditions for efficient and continuous operation of plant equipment. Expert in modern computer applications in the industrial field.
Involved in Repair and Maintenance of discrete and batch process machinery, Manufacturing production line automation, Electrical control of Blowers, LPG fired furnace and annealing Leher’s, Operation and maintenance of compressor control systems, Soft-starters, Star-delta starters, Auto transformer starters, Eddy current drives, VFD Drives, AC and DC motors of Glass Process industry.
Servicing operation and troubleshooting of different automated machines and latest Technology fabrication systems. Familiar with International Standards and Schematic wiring Diagrams, experience in LV & MV Industrial/Domestic wiring, Experience in working with automated systems, Testing and commissioning of Electrical equipments, installation of PLC. Operation & Maintenance of 220/110/66/11KV Sub-Station equipment’s, Circuit Breakers, Protection Relays (Wiring of protection relays, Tan-Delta and related pre-commissioning testing of Electrical Power Equipments such as transformers, breakers, CT’s, PT’s, etc).Handled load flow calculation and related switching operations for the efficient working of distribution system.
Maintenance of Captive Power Plant (2 x 5MW), Periodical and Break down maintenance of motors (HT & LT), Batteries and Battery chargers, Motor Control panels, Capacitor Banks, Rectifier Transformers, Water treatment plants, Flame proof equipments, Electrical equipments as per hazardous area classification, and instrumentation systems in Petro-chemical industry dealing with production of Hydrogen Peroxide, Phenol & Acetone.
