- Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial statements within the stipulated time frame.
- Assisting the Finance Manager for MIS Reporting and day to day accounting functions by verifying, crosschecking and authorizing the purchase orders, payment vouchers, petty cash reimbursement vouchers, journal vouchers, bank reconciliation etc.
- Performed end to end financial management functions right from budgeting to forecasting and variance analysis as per the company's envisaged goals for each month and quarter.
- Devised the company's purchase plan based on resource requirements and approved purchase orders after careful consideration of the variables of cost, quality and specifications.
- Preparing the yearly budget and forecast and review the same with the actual figures to ascertain the deviation.

- Managing and supervising the finance team of 9 persons on their day to day accounting activities.
