• Maintain adequate inventory so as to have optimum usage of the Airline
equipment.
* Responsible for the preparation of equipment's in
(EPT)
* Responsible for assigning of staff in preparation.
* Checking quantity and quality of meals to be served
onboard.
* Ensuring high Hygiene standards in all Operations.
Sale of food items to Multi- National customers, Cash collection of food sales and balance cash against stock on hand. Ensure presentability, neatness and proper decorum in attending customers at King Khalid International Airport Riyadh KSA.
