 New Bathes of Students are Audited and Assessed according to their knowledge, qualification and the Trainings they have undergone with Brands like Shoppers Stop.
 I also do the Quality checks in New Centres of SMU where I audit the entire Module of Retail set-up and verify the centres as per requirements for Delhi/NCR and UP region as and when required.
 Check the Attendance with personal meeting with Students taking the feedback and sending the same to the Management. Interacting with students and understating the problems faced by them.
 Checking the Support systems available at the Centres and making notes of the improvisations required.
 Checking out on the Promotional activities planned for New Course launch and Student Enrolment planned.
 New Centres are assessed on their Operational aspects, Location, Marketing plan etc.
 I send the required reports to the Management as and when required.
 I co-ordinate my visits to outlets/centres with the concerned person at India Skills.
