progress and forecast reports.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks, propose corrective actions for delays.
• Manage project change control processes and assess impacts on time
and cost.
• Produce regular progress and performance reports; communicate key
insights to stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor planning teams, ensuring best practices and
compliance with client standards.
• Manage subcontractor strategy planning and performance monitoring.
• Manage claims and variation order preparation from a scheduling
perspective.
• Monitor scope changes and update plans accordingly.
