• Project Value: INR 299 Crores
• Project Scope: Implementation of Common Cloud based DC & DR system. Establish integrated Command and Control Center at 7 Cities of MP (Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Sagar, and Satna)
• Application integration with integrated command and control centers for 7 cities.
• Successfully implemented integrated control and command centers in 5 cities of MP, remaining 2 expected to be completed in next 3 months.
• Responsible for preparation of detailed project plans.
• Responsible for procurement of all the hardware and software components.
• Responsible for Vendor management, validating SOW as per the RFP, ensuring work completions as per the SOW, UAT Sign off and invoice approvals.
• Responsible for organizing daily, weekly, monthly project reviews with Internal and external stakeholders.
