•Driving process capability measurements and improvements of supplier parts through Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) techniques like Part Production Approval Procedures (PPAP) comprising process flow diagrams, process control and quality control plans.
•Reviewing of Supplier Quality System and monitoring efficiency by conducting internal and external audits to ensure quality assurance at all levels of the supplier manufacturing process.
•NPD and design of production fixtures, jigs and production aids using Solid works CAD
