•Development of Local & International vendors for the fabrication of mold, equipment & tooling.

•The twenty valued vendors have been developed for the respective development and reduce coordination time line which resulted on time equipment delivery with less chance of inaccuracy.
•New Product Proposal as per Marketing requirements and then plan, control and review (As per Product Lifecycle Management Strategy) and meet project timelines of Automotive OEM's.

•Designing and Development of mold, equipment & tooling as per product specification through CAD applications.

•Designing and Development of Mechanical Spare (Likes Gear, spring, pulley and etc.) through AutoCAD and Micro station CAD applications.
•Designing and Development of Process Piping as per ASME B31.3 (Overhead & Buried piping & Supporting structures) and Utilities (Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors & Valves).
•Preparation of Isometric Drawings using Specialized Software CADWORX PIPE.
•Piping Flexibility Analysis (Pipe Stress Analysis) as per ASME B31 piping code.
•Oil Storage Tanks as per API 650 / 653 codes, Heat Exchangers as per TEMA Standards & Pressure vessels as per ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2.
•Designing, Development and Analyses of Steel Structures (Gantry crane, silo, Workshop shed, grabber, supporting steel structures and etc.) as per AISC Codes.
•Awareness of Metal Building Systems Manual for PEB's
•Preparation of B.O.M, Costing, Detailed Manufacturing and As-Built Drawings.
