•EPIC for Upgrade of Gas turbine/Compressor controls from GE Mark IV to GE Vie at Fahahil Gas Lift Compressor Station & Recycling Gas (RG) Plant in Dukhan FieldScope: Modifications to existing substation - C building at RG Plant for installation of new TCP/AS/CMS/PLC system, SCADA/DCS/ESD/F&G system hardware, anti-surge valves/HART valve petitioners, HART field instruments, vibration sensors, F&G detection devices, UPS, LV feeder/DBs, cable trenching, power/signal/FO cabling, testing & commissioning works in ARAB-D and FLGCS plant areas. Total Cost: USD 30 million
•EPIC for Produced Water Treatment & Injection Facility Phase 2 Total Cost: USD 80 million - EPIC for 5 Nos. AIS Electrical substations for driving 12 nos. heavy duty pumps for feeding produced water to empty oil wells. Highlights:
•Completed both projects on time meeting scope, quality & cost objectives
•Executed the project for upgrade of GE gas turbine/compressor control system with zero QHSE issues and won appreciation from Qatar Petroleum.
•Solar PV were installed and commissioned for few remote locations to power communications/lighting
