Preparation of master construction program using primavera - P6.
Preparation of recovery schedule & target schedules.
Preparation of look ahead schedules.
Resource planning & resource loaded schedules.
Cost loading & quantity loading for master schedule.
Preparation of progress S-Curve.
Preparation of MIS Report.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
Coordinating with clients, vendor & sub contractor.
Preparation of delay report and EOT report.

Simple beam & column design manually or using STAAD PRO.

Prior calculation of material requirement as per the project specification.
Weekly site visiting and co-ordination with labor contractors, site supervisors.
