RESPONSIBILITY

STRATEGY PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION
 To implement and monitor HR strategy and policies in line with the business strategy.
 Ensure the achievement of HR objective align with company objectives, by meeting and exceeding performance standards and targets, as measured through key performance indicators and business strategy plan.
 Actively support new business activity where required.


RECRUITMENT
 Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicant.
POLICY
 Ensure that proper implementation of HR policies across all business units, developed various channel of communication and implemented grading system for the company.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
 Identify talent and aspirations of individual employees and provide coaching aimed at motivating them to undertake the necessary training required to advance their careers within the company.
 Incorporating and implementing training and development plans into HR strategies and plans.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
 Handling new performance management system and identifying scope for enhancing the same.
 Initiating rewards & recognition programs & implementing incentive system for motivating employees.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTS:
 Planning and Implementation of various employee engagement activities like employee of the year, manager of year, festival celebrations, family days, movies, and picnic.
 Conducting cricket tournament, pool tournament and games for employees.

COMPENSATION PLANNING
 Streamline compensation planning, budgeting, incentive management and reporting to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of compensation programs

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT.
 Payroll preparation for monthly salary of the employees and maintaining of attendance and leave record.

EXIT FORMALITIES
 Conducting Exit Interview and recommendation to senior Management on exit feedback.

Other work tasks
 Ensure a good understanding of the business and competitive market activity by working with business development, software development web development and legal team.
 Handling completion of Trademarks registration and Logo registration.
 Completing Visa process for employees and management.

ACHIEVEMENT:

 Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of Human Resource Dept. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.

 Develop job profiles and source candidates from major job boards; select, interview and hire employees in collaboration with department managers

 Replace old performance management system with new performance management software

 Annual review method was replaced by monthly, weekly or even on demand conversation between manager and employees

 Developed and implemented innovative employee engagement activities to motivate employee activities such celebrate another year success of business.

 Developed and implemented innovative employee engagement new mobile application for manager and employee which was to ease access & take actions. This helped to remove obstacles, put great ideas into action and recognize wins.

 Eliminate the need for manual processes of compensation planning and extensive paperwork saving time and reducing costs.

 Personal efforts were cited as the driving force behind branch’s employee-retention rate of 89% within an industry where high turnover is the norm.
