Garment Buying House, manufacturing and supplying garment orders to USA with production facilities in Dubai, Jordan, Oman and Madagascar. • Managed relationship with key customers such as JC Penny, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target Stores, Disney Group, and many other US retailers, representing 65% of the company revenue • Sourced fabric trims and accessories from most of the Asian, G.C.C and Far-East countries, constructing cost structure, maintaining order profitability, and estimating profit projection for business executives • Led sampling department, implemented spot-inspections of garments, communicating production updates to executives, liaising with the buyer for planning and delivery scheduling • Managed all coordination activities with 7 factories and 3 sub-contracted factories for the entire CM job placed, ensuring successful completion with strategically planned visits to address bottlenecks, process exceptions, and technical difficulties • Ensured successful container flow from shipping agents in accordance with shipment plans, addressing all shipping requirements based on weekly analysis of target quantities and communicating operational performance to both internal and external stakeholders
